Thirty minutes at your place. I ask one question, walk the place and spot the busywork machines could take. If there’s nothing worth fixing, I shake your hand and head out.

The Checkup
$750Credited inside 60 days
If the fix isn’t obvious, I watch your place at work for half a day, then hand you one page: the three to five things worth doing, what each takes and what it gives back. The $750 comes off whatever you start.

One fix, kept running
Per jobFlat price, no lock-in
We start with one job and add the next when you’re ready. Every month you get one page on what got done.
- It starts free, and you can stop after any step.
- Stay as long as it’s worth it, month to month.
- “What’s one part of your week you’d pay to never do again?”
Built in from day one
Your AI answers to you.
- You decide what goes out.You choose the jobs it runs on its own, and everything else lands in front of you first.
- Your people make the big calls.Anything critical goes through a person first.
- Your data stays yours. You’ll know where it goes, and you pick where it lives.
- It gets looked after. When a tool changes or something breaks, I fix it on your monthly plan, and you can always call me.
- It never pretends to be a person. You decide how it introduces itself, it always tells the truth if someone asks, and anyone who wants a person gets passed along.
Get set up
Set up right, with everybody using it.
Your people are probably pasting work into free AI apps already. We move that onto accounts your business owns, with privacy settings on.
Checkup credit: $750 off any service. Every service, inside 60 days.

Built-In AI Setup
For the AI already in your software
$500Flat. One visit, no monthly. You may already be paying for AI you’ve never switched on, in your phone system, scheduling app or email. We set it up with your prices, hours and rules, then test it until it’s right.
The fine print for Built-In AI Setup
Every app you already pay for, set up in the same visit. If it talks to customers, we set how it introduces itself with you, make sure it never pretends to be a person and make sure it only texts people who said it’s okay. Either way, you get a one-page record of how it’s set up. You pay each app’s maker directly, including anything it charges to switch its AI on. If the free look shows this is all you need, you can skip the Checkup. If it takes more than one visit, you’ll know the price before we start.

Plain-English Training
Half a day, your place
$1,000Per session, up to about 12 peopleThe biggest thing AI gives a shop is hours. In half a day your team learns how to get them back: paperwork done faster, answers found quicker and a better first draft of anything they do on a screen.
Chamber of commerce sessions are free. A half-day for a room of several businesses is $500 flat.
The fine print for Plain-English Training
We also save your shop’s ten most-used requests in the AI, so nobody retypes them. It makes your people faster at the work they already do and helps them grow into more.
A group bigger than about 12 gets its own quote.

Small-Shop Setup
For a shop of one to three people
$1,200FlatSetup & Integration, sized for a small team.
-
Setup & Integration
One time
$1,800 to $3,500Typical: about $2,000Two AI assistants loaded with your price list and policies, so your staff stops bringing you the same questions all day.
Each assistant after the first two is $500.
The fine print for Setup & Integration
Everyone gets logged in and tries it on a real job before we leave. You also get a one-page rules sheet for your shop: what never goes into an AI and who checks its work. The AI accounts are set up in your business’s name, and you pay their makers directly.
Automations
If you can picture it, we can probably build it.
We call them servant bots. They work for you.
Built around how you work, then kept running
- Paperwork that files itselfInvoices, work orders, even handwriting, read off the page and put where they belong.
- Talk, and it’s doneSay the job out loud on the drive back. The notes, the invoice and the follow-up are drafted by the time you park.
- A report nobody had to writeEvery Monday, last week’s numbers and what to watch, in plain English.
- Answers for your whole teamIt knows your manuals, prices and procedures, so the questions stop landing on you.
- Plugged into what you already ownCameras, scales and machines that report in and flag what’s off, day or night.
- Something nobody’s built yetIf you’ve ever thought a computer should just handle it, tell me. That’s usually where the best ones start.
Every system comes with its recommended monthly upkeep.
The fine print for standing systems
Every automation starts from how your business actually runs, on the screen or out where the work happens. You decide what it handles on its own and what waits for your okay. If it needs gear, the gear is billed at exactly what we paid. Something bigger, like a tool all your own, gets its own quote below. And if something isn’t worth building, I’ll tell you.
Try this: write down everything you did twice last week. That list is where we start.
Keep it running
Upkeep, and a guy you can reach.
One monthly plan covers the care for everything we set up, so you never pay twice for the same thing.

AI Management
Care for everything we set up
$300 to $900A month, by how many systemsOnce AI is in your shop, somebody has to mind it: the updates, the accounts, the tool that changed overnight. I do that for everything we set up, at one price a month instead of one per system.
-
Your AI guy
On call, Sunday through Friday
Call me, and it gets handled. You get a one-page report every month, and a straight answer when a new tool isn’t worth your money.
-
Watched Lite
$200 / mo
The smallest start: what we set up, watched.
-
Watched
$350 / mo
Watched and maintained, small fixes included.
-
On Call
$850 / mo
Changes as your shop changes: new prices, new staff, the next task to hand off.
-
AI Department
$1,950 / mo
Everything above, plus a set amount of new builds each month.
The fine print for Your AI guy
If you have a system too, its upkeep is part of your plan. New builds past what the AI Department includes get their own quote. Every shop runs a little different, so the details of each level get fitted to yours. Ask, and I’ll walk you through it.

The tool nobody sells
Custom business software
QuotedAfter I know your operationNobody makes the tool you need, or they want a fortune every month for it. We build it, and you run it.
The fine print for The tool nobody sells
The system in your shop is yours to run, records and all, and a flat monthly keeps it tuned.
-
Get your records in order
One clean library your business owns
QuotedOne time, no monthlyRight now the answers live in your head and a dozen folders. We sort every price sheet, job record and procedure into one library the AI can read, and every tool we add after reads it first.
-
Your own AI, in your building
Private AI, even a model of your own
QuotedHardware billed at what we paidSome work shouldn’t go into a public AI app: patient files, client records, the know-how that sets your shop apart. So your AI runs on hardware you own, from one small box to a few machines serving your whole team, and nothing leaves the building.
The fine print for Your own AI, in your building
Want a model of your own? We build its training material from your own records, with your okay, and teach it the work only your business does: your terms, your forms, the way you write. If a simpler setup does the job, I’ll tell you.
Got an AI person?
I’ll be an extra set of hands.
I work alongside your AI person on the private side: the work that has to stay in your building.
Questions owners ask
Straight answers.
Who sees my data?
You, us while we’re working on it, and the tools you’ve okayed. Before we start, I’ll show you every tool we put in and where each one keeps things, including the ones that run in the cloud. Records you’d rather keep private can stay on a machine you own, right in your building. Your data is only ever used for your shop.
What will it cost me every month?
Our bill is one number, and you’ll know it before anything starts. AI Management runs $300 to $900 a month, a single system $150 to $400, and having your AI guy on call starts at $200. A Built-In AI Setup has no monthly from me at all. The AI accounts and tools your systems run on stay in your name, and you pay their makers directly. Setting them up and keeping them working is part of your monthly.
What if it says something wrong?
It works from your own prices and rules, hands you anything it can’t handle, and holds whatever you’ve said needs your okay. If something’s off, I’m a phone call away, right here in town.
What happens when the AI tools change?
They change all the time, and keeping up is the job. On a monthly plan I watch what we set up, fix it when a tool changes and send you a plain report of what it handled.
What if you’re not around?
What’s running keeps running. Each system comes with a plain-English write-up you keep: what it does, where it runs, what it touches and how it’s set up, so anyone you hire can take it from there.
Why not just buy an app?
Because an app doesn’t know your shop. Somebody still has to load your prices, hook it to the software you already use and teach it your rules, and when it gets something wrong, there’s nobody down the road to call. Anything I build gets tested on your shop before it’s turned on for real. And if the AI already inside software you pay for can do the job, we’ll set that up instead for $500 flat.
I already use an AI app. What do I need you for?
The app answers when you ask it something. Getting AI to chase your quotes, sort the inbox and fill in the paperwork on its own, and still do it right a year from now, takes somebody who knows your shop. That’s the part I do, on accounts in your name.
Will my customers mind dealing with AI?
Most of what we set up works behind the counter. When something does answer your customers, you decide how it introduces itself, it never pretends to be a person, and anyone who asks for one gets passed along. When you’re busy, the other choice is making them wait.
Won’t this replace my people?
It’s built to take the dullest part of their day off their plate. Tell your crew what it’s for: less retyping, more of the work they’re good at. Then let them try it on their real work and tell you what they think.
Something breaks on a Saturday. Then what?
It’s first on my list Sunday. Until then, everything else keeps going, and anything urgent still goes straight to you or whoever’s on call.
What if I want to leave?
Any monthly plan cancels with 30 days’ notice. You keep your records, your settings and what we set up, still running. The design behind it stays ours, the way a builder keeps his blueprints, and your data and the setup you run are yours.
Is it too early for a shop as small as mine?
No. The smaller the shop, the more every hour counts. In 2026 the Federal Reserve found nearly half of small businesses already use AI, and another 15 percent plan to start within a year. Start with one fix, done right. The free look tells you which one.
How we price
The rules we hold ourselves to
- A flat price, in writing. No billing by the hour.
- Just one monthly bill from us.
- If the smaller thing is all you need, that’s what we’ll sell you.
- Your data, your setup and your freedom to leave are yours. Our blueprints stay ours.
- Your records are only ever used for your shop.
- You can reach me Sunday through Friday. We close Saturdays.
- Want the code outright, or a system kept away from your competitors in town? Ask, and we’ll price it.
