AI that works your software like a person

01 · Works your software

If someone at your desk types the same job into two programs, this can do it for them. It reads the screen and clicks the right buttons.

The clicking, done for you

For your shopYour crew keeps the programs they already know, and the copying from one screen to the next goes away.

How it works: AI that works your software like a person

Plenty of shop software can’t connect to anything, so work gets copied by hand. This AI reads the screen the way your office manager does, knows Export from Print, clicks the right button and types into even stubborn programs. It works on websites you’re already signed into, too. It has opened a program, set it up, pasted in a job and sent it off, start to finish. Anything it sends still waits for a person’s yes.

Runs on: the programs and websites you already use.

An AI assistant customers can text

02 · AI assistant

Texts and emails stack up while you’re on a job. It writes the replies for you, and nothing goes out until you say yes.

Your yes sends it

For your shopCustomers hear back fast, even when your hands are full. One tap gets the reply written, and one more sends it.

How it works: An AI assistant customers can text

A customer texts at eight at night asking about Thursday. The message lands on your phone with its choices right there: read all of it, have it draft a reply, answer it yourself, skip it, or tell it to handle this one on its own. It works by text, email or a chat app, on a business text line registered with the phone carriers, so the texts actually get delivered. A screen on the desk shows every conversation as it happens. It runs on its own computer, restarts itself if anything hiccups and picks the conversation right back up.

Runs on: its own computer, a registered business text line, email and chat, and a screen on your desk.

An AI that looks it up before answering

03 · Knows your business

Ask it what a job costs or whether you’re open Sunday, and it reads your own sheets instead of guessing.

The right answer, with its source

For your shopWrite your prices, hours and policies down once. Every AI tool we set up for you reads them first.

How it works: An AI that looks it up before answering

Watch AI make up a price once, and you stop trusting it. So under most of what we build sits your own written material: who you are, what you charge and how you do things. The AI looks the answer up there before it says a word, down to the page and line, and when you change a price, it picks up the change. For a shop buried in scattered notes, we can turn the pile into short, labeled facts it can find in a second.

Runs on: your own documents, kept current, and a private search.

Next week’s paperwork, done before the weekend

04 · Weekly paperwork

If Sunday night is when you do next week’s schedule, hand the AI your notes on Friday afternoon instead. The whole week comes right back, drafted and ready to print.

Your Sunday night, back

For your shopCrew schedules, job plans, checklists and the weekly report, drafted from what actually happened this week.

How it works: Next week’s paperwork, done before the weekend

Each Friday the notes go in: what got done, what ran long, what’s still waiting on parts. It logs them, moves what slipped, checks its facts and builds the next week, the pages you’d have written Sunday night, down to the schedule for the wall. It keeps a running record, so each week builds on the last. There’s no new app to learn. It runs inside an ordinary AI chat, set up with your shop’s instructions.

Runs on: written instructions inside an ordinary AI chat, page templates ready to print and a running record.

Ask on a phone. The computer down the hall answers.

05 · Private AI

Client records can’t go into a public AI app. Here the AI runs on a computer you own, and the records never leave the building.

Your records, encrypted and close by

For your shopA clinic, a law office or an accountant gets AI help on client records without a single file going out to the internet.

How it works: Ask on a phone. The computer down the hall answers.

Patient charts, case files and tax returns stay put. The AI runs on a computer in your building, and staff just ask from their phones, same as they’d ask the office manager. The records are encrypted, and there’s one door out. That door logs every request, even the ones it turns away.

Runs on: a phone app, a computer in your building and encrypted records.

Backups that bring a dead computer back to work

06 · Computer care

Your office computer quits in the middle of a busy week. With backups that get tested, your files come back and your main programs find them again.

Up and running again

For your shopWhen a computer dies, we move your work over, get it running and check it all.

How it works: Backups that bring a dead computer back to work

When one drive gave out, a whole computer’s work moved to another drive. We brought its files back from backup, repointed the file paths that still aimed at the old drive and put the core programs back in. Our own private system counts a backup only once it’s been restored to a test copy and checked, and yours will too.

Runs on: tested backups, careful restores and a record of every change.

Social posts that wait for your okay

07 · Social posts

Nobody has time to post when the work is piling up. The AI writes the post and shows you exactly how it’ll look.

Posted when you say so

For your shopYour page stays active in the busy weeks, and nothing goes up in your shop’s name that you didn’t see.

How it works: Social posts that wait for your okay

Say you wrap up a big job on a Tuesday. The AI drafts the post, fills it in on the account, takes a picture of exactly what’s going out and stops. You look it over on your phone. On a yes, it posts. It can send direct messages the same careful way.

Runs on: an AI writer and a posting step that waits for your yes.

An app and website your customers sign into

08 · Website & app

Customers keep calling to ask where their job stands. Give them a sign-in instead: a code by email, no password to forget, on your website or iPhone app.

One login, web and phone

For your shopEstimates, invoices and job photos in one place your customers can check, on your own app, with the customer list in your hands.

How it works: An app and website your customers sign into

It’s one system behind a website and an iPhone app, and Apple approved the app. Sign in with a short code sent by email, and the same account opens on the website and the phone. Files and video live in cloud storage, and there are no ads or trackers. For a shop, the same setup can hold forms to fill out before a visit, signed paperwork, or anything else a customer keeps asking you to send.

Runs on: a website, an iPhone app, sign-in by email code and cloud storage.

Paperwork drafted for you, checked before a customer sees it

09 · Writing, checked

Quotes and letters written at nine at night are where the wrong number slips in. It drafts them, checks them and hands you a clean copy to sign.

Checked line by line

For your shopEstimates, letters and job write-ups, drafted for you and checked against your own numbers before a customer sees them.

How it works: Paperwork drafted for you, checked before a customer sees it

Say it’s the estimate you owe a customer by morning. The draft comes back with your prices and your terms already in it. The check reads it back against your price sheet and your records, and what doesn’t match gets flagged. You sign the clean copy, and only what you sign goes out.

Runs on: AI drafting, automatic checks and your own numbers.

An AI model of your own, built to run offline

10 · Offline model

When the internet goes down, it keeps answering. It runs on one computer in your building, with no monthly bill.

Works with the internet off

For your shopAn assistant that talks the way your shop talks, and nothing it reads or writes leaves the room.

How it works: An AI model of your own, built to run offline

Hand it the writing your shop already has, like manuals, procedures and years of emails, and it learns to answer the way that writing does. It has to pass a test before it’s trusted with anything. The whole thing fits in one file on one computer.

Runs on: your own copy of an AI, taught from your writing and run on one computer.

Homeschool that AI administers and the family runs

11 · Homeschool

Homeschooling is more than teaching. Every week there’s a school’s worth of lessons, tests and stories to write and a record to keep on each child. We built an AI for that part.

School, the parents’ way

Beyond the classroomOnboarding a team, training apprentices or learning something new yourself. You say how it’s taught. It drafts each plan for your okay and keeps notes on the progress.

How it works: Homeschool that AI administers and the family runs

The parents set the rules once, from the subjects to what’s off limits. Then one request brings back a whole week of fresh school: the history lesson with its test and answer key, a science lesson, a math worksheet for each day, a story at each child’s reading level, writing and coding challenges, handwriting pages, a new question every day, a real-world project to take on and the fridge schedule to run it all. A parent reads through everything and signs off. At week’s end, the AI reads photos of the score sheets, checks them with a parent and updates each child’s record for the next week.

Runs on: the parents’ written rules in an AI, a phone camera, a printer and each child’s record.

Film once. It’s ready for every screen.

12 · Video

Record one how-to or shop tour, and it goes out in every size a screen needs.

One recording, every screen

For your shopTraining videos for new hires, how-tos for customers, a tour for your website, all sent out from your own desk.

How it works: Film once. It’s ready for every screen.

It’s a desk app. Drop in one recording, and it makes every size right on your own computer, with no paid video service, then uploads each file and checks it. If you’ve cut short clips from the full video, it finds where each one sits by matching the sound and links them in, so a customer can jump to the part they need. Nothing goes public until you confirm it, and one button takes it back down.

Runs on: a desk app, your own computer and cloud storage for the finished files.

Written down, so anyone can pick it up

13 · Your own files

What if your AI guy is out sick, or the AI app you use changes? Every system we set up comes with a write-up in a folder you keep, so whoever comes next can keep it running.

Yours to hand to anyone

For your shopAny AI app, or any person you hire, can open that folder and keep it running. You’re never stuck with one app or one guy, me included.

How it works: Written down, so anyone can pick it up

It’s how our own shop runs. Every big project keeps a plain-English log of what’s been done, a note for whoever comes next and a history of every change, so a different AI app, or a new person, can open it and keep going. Your systems come with the same kind of write-up, in a folder you keep: what each one does, where it runs, what it touches and how it’s set up.

Runs on: a folder you keep and a plain-English write-up for every system.
